To secure your place a deposit payment of £300.00 is required.  Second payment of £498.50 due by 1st December 2021 and final payment of £498.50 due by 19th March 2022.



It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

No one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.


“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Awaken Your Soul in Bali Retreat.

“We” refers to Awaken Your Soul in Bali Retreat.


To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for TRIP CANCELLATION and MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.


If you cancel your trip, we do not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within one year of your original retreat date. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Cancellation Fees are determined by the following:

Any cancellation after 14 days of booking will result in the total loss of the £300 deposit. Any cancellation received in writing between 1st March 2022 and 8th April 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after 9th April 2022 will result in a total loss of trip costs.  Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. 

The above cancellation policy applies to any circumstance outside of Covid-19 Guarantee.  If Retreat is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, this usual cancellation policy does not apply. 

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement Form within one week of booking. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply. 


If we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
