Daily Sunrise Yoga Outdoors
Daily sunrise yoga to stretch your body and prepare you for your meditation practice. Yoga will help calm and relax your body, nervous system and mind so you can sit through your meditation with more ease and comfort.
You will learn all you need to know to get started with yoga, including the health benefits, yoga styles for beginners and more advance poses if you already practice yoga.
Yoga and meditation go hand-in-hand. When practising yoga, you will shift your awareness to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that accompany a given pose. It helps to practice some yoga poses prior to your meditation session, as it will help improve your concentration and breathing.
There are many benefits of daily yoga practice, not just to your physical body but your mind too. Yoga calms the mind and heals the body from any ailment.
Some of the benefits of yoga include, improved flexibility, strength, and better posture. It is shown to reduce stress, calm both your nervous system and your mind. An everyday gentle yoga practice will fuel the metabolic system and will help burn fat, leading to weight loss, it helps to tone your body too. Chakra means spinning wheel of energy or energy centre in Sanskrit. Each centre is associated with specific organs, issues, emotions, colour and elements. So if our energy systems are blocked and not flowing properly, it affects how we feel on all levels.
Chakras play an important part in our physical, emotional and spiritual health. If you are experiencing a physical or emotional imbalance, it is quite possible that all that is needed is to rebalance and stimulate the vibrational flow of your chakras.
Balancing these centres can have a physical, emotional and spiritual effect on an individual.
Closed or unbalanced chakras means lack of energy, stress tension and negative feelings. Blocked, underactive, or overactive chakras are the cause of illness.
When any one of them are blocked or shut down, or its vibration is weak, the imbalance can show up as a physical symptom affecting a particular area of your body, or as an emotional or psychological symptom affecting your outlook.
State of your chakras is important to your life, if any of the chakras are blocked, we will have issues or challenges in our life. From looking at what challenges you have in your life you will be able to work out which chakra is blocked. It is important that your chakras are balanced, in order to live a balanced, energetic, healthy and happy life. Blocked, underactive, or overactive chakras are the cause of illness.
Over 7 days we will work on one chakra a day, unblocking, balancing and healing each one. In these 7 lessons you will learn about the seven major chakras and their functions, how each chakra corresponds with specific aspects of our physiological and psychological being. You will learn how to unblock and balance each chakra through meditation and visualisation to enhance your overall health to bring your life back into harmonious and healthy flow. Reconnect with Your Inner Child Workshop
We all have an inner child inside us, but we do not all connect with this little girl, our inner child is our younger self, this little girl who is always there, but when we are an adult we don’t pay attention to her and ignore her. We try to push her traumas, anger or sadness away, but this anger and sadness will always be there, we still carry it with us and this affects the way we live our present adult life.
To create a healthy harmonious and loving relationship with ourselves and others we need to heal our own childhood needs, to show up as whole and fulfilled and blossom into our authentic selves. Our inner child will heal our childhood wounds, especially the deep-rooted wounds we aren't consciously aware of. By acknowledging and healing those wounds, we discover that buried part of us we know is there, yet can never seem to get to.
Not understanding all of who we are prevents us from living to our fullest potential. We must explore all the different parts of who we and by doing that, we truly learn to nurture, love, heal, and grow within ourselves and with others. A loving relationship with our inner child also helps us to be more kind to ourselves and to feel more joy and fun in our present life,

I do believe in finding the reasons why we have certain emotional and mental struggles, which then have a physical impact on our bodies and which stop us from achieving our goals. These struggles sometimes stem from childhood experiences and traumas, not knowing who we are, depressing emotions, pressure from society, conditions and belief systems imposed upon us by our parents, teachers and peers, perfectionism or living in a fear based society. This is where we lose our inner power!
I help women create a life they can truly be happy about, through the power of holistic coaching, emotional mastery and meditation to get in alignment with themselves, find balance and get into flow with energy healing. Too many brilliant women play small and deny their true authenticity.
Alignment is when you move with the energy of that which is most authentic to you and where you reveal your true self from a place of self love, intuition and self-awareness.
